23 Ibbetson - Preheating

In 12 hours, I'll own a house.
In 18 hours (6:30 pm or so), you should come by and see the place.
The house is at 23 Ibbetson St in Somerville. Ibbetson is off of Somerville Ave, just past Elm St, if you're coming from Porter Sq.
#23 is big and grey and on the right side of the street. There's a decapitated pine tree in the front "yard". I don't currently have parking passes. Or furniture.
I expect to hang around until 10:30 or so and then go back to the place that I still sleep at ;)
There's a vague "let's order dinner" plan, but I've just given you all the details I know.
