<p>In 12 hours, I'll own a house.<br />
In 18 hours (6:30 pm or so), you should come by and see the place.<br />
The house is at 23 Ibbetson St in Somerville.  Ibbetson is off of Somerville Ave, just past Elm St, if you're coming from Porter Sq.<br />
#23 is big and grey and on the right side of the street.  There's a decapitated pine tree in the front "yard".  I don't currently have parking passes. Or furniture.<br />
I expect to hang around until 10:30 or so and then go back to the place that I still sleep at ;)<br />
There's a vague "let's order dinner" plan, but I've just given you all the details I know.</p>
